Sevenoaks Hospital

Hospital Road, Sevenoaks, Kent, TN13 3PG 01732 470200
Most of the Sevenoaks hospital buildings are well past their sell-by date, but the quality of the service and the staff make up for the inadequacies of the structure.
There is a minor injuries clinic, which is open 365 days of the year, but there is NO Accident and Emergency unit. Sevenoaks Hospital can deal with:
• cuts and grazes that might need cleaning, stitching or dressing
• animal bites or scratches, insect stings
• strains and sprains
• a suspected broken bone in arm or lower leg
• minor burns and scalds
• minor eye infections and scratches
• foreign body in eye, nose or ear
For anything more serious, a visit to Pembury Hospital near Tunbridge Wells (TN2 4QJ, 01892 632953) will be necessary.
Sevenoaks Hospital also has outpatient clinics, X-ray facilities and a phlebotomy (blood testing) clinic, but be warned: these are held on weekdays only. In general, the hospital focuses on rehabilitation for patients recovering from illness or injury and aims to help patients regain their independence.
